Christmas Gifts

I love getting gifts that help me improve my fitness and overall health! I have been looking forward to having a Bosu ball since before being pregnant with Hudson and I received one this Christmas from my awesome parents. I ran the last two days to add miles to my 100 Miles by Valentine's Day Challenge I recently started after finishing my Christmas Miles Challenge.  So today I decided today was a great interval/toning day. When I woke up I did not have any motivation to do any sort of physical activity, but after browsing the Tone It Up Instagram account I got a full workout in while Hudson napped.  As always, it felt great and I'm glad I powered through.
What's that saying?...

"I really regret that workout" - No one ever

I'll write out my exact workout later down because first I need to talk about my new Tone It Up Instagram account! I've been checking-in with members of the Tone It Up community for a while now but I finally took the plunge and made a dedicated account. I'm hoping that by becoming more active in the community I will be held more accountable to eat clean and stay active every day. Since October my diet has not been very 'clean' and I'm noticing it in the way I feel (yucky and tired).

- Bosu side squats X 20
- Bosu back lunges X 20
- Push ups X 14
- Grasshoppers X 20
- Bosu bridges X 20
- KB swings X 20
- Tricep ext. X 16
- KB single leg deadlifts X 20
- Bosu burpees X 20
- Bicep curls on bosu X 15
- Lunge jumps X 22
